Daniel Kahan is partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice and co-leads both the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group and Fintech Group. His corporate transactional practice focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs, debt and equity offerings, digital asset transactions, and corporate governance matters.
