Craig Lee Bio

Craig Lee is a partner in our Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office, with a focus on leveraged finance, asset-based lending and syndicated lending. Craig represents financial institutions, lenders, finance companies, investors and borrowers in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, unitranche, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with specific industry experience in healthcare, media/communications, retail, manufacturing and real estate investment trusts. He also has significant experience in cross-border transactions and restructuring and distressed lending transactions.
