William Fuller III is the co-chairman of the firm's Leveraged Finance Group and the former co-chair of the Financial Institutions Area of Focus. Bill specializes in leveraged finance, private equity and investment funds and represents clients in a variety of transactions. Bill represents financial institutions, lenders, investors and borrowers in a range of debt financings, with an emphasis on leveraged acquisitions and other secured and unsecured transactions, across multiple industries. These include healthcare, defense and aerospace, media and telecommunications, and industrial growth.
