Bio

Susan Berry is a finance partner in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. She advises financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of complex lending matters, including asset-based loans involving diverse collateral across many industries, syndicated facilities with multiple lien priorities, reserve-based loans to oil and gas companies, unsecured loans, leveraged acquisitions, development loans and project financings. Susan’s practice has a focus on the energy industry, including oil and gas and renewable energy, and also spans financing transactions across a broad range of other industries. Susan also has experience with recapitalizations, workouts, restructurings and DIP financings. In 2016, Susan was seconded to act as in-house counsel to the energy banking division of Capital One following the commodity price downturn.
