Luke Edwards is a partner in King & Spalding’s Global Human Capital and Compliance practice. Luke specializes in international employment law and understands the unique challenges of managing a global workforce. Luke advises clients in relation to day-to-day matters faced by global employers, together with multijurisdictional projects such as compliance reviews, cross border mergers and acquisitions and outsourcings, privacy and data protection, investigations, restructures and reductions in force and employee integration issues.
