Dev represents both lenders and borrowers, including private credit funds, private equity sponsors, private equity portfolio companies, institutional investors and public and private issuers, with a focus on acquisition financings and highly leveraged financings. He has experience representing clients in connection with leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, unitranche facilities, asset-based lending facilities, subordinated facilities, broadly syndicated facilities, bridge facilities, high-yield and investment grade notes offerings and financial restructurings. His experience includes representing creditors and debtors in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, e-commerce, information technology, midstream pipelines, distribution and service, manufacturing and food services.
