Zoe Bromage is an experienced energy lawyer in King & Spalding’s Singapore office. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, project development and first-of-their-kind projects in the energy sector. Zoe represents clients from the full spectrum of the energy industry throughout Asia and globally on structuring and developing energy projects in the traditional oil, gas and LNG sectors, as well as the new energies sectors of hydrogen, carbon capture and renewables. She also has extensive experience assisting clients on merger and acquisition activity ranging from smaller-scale farmouts to high value / multi-jurisdictional corporate and asset transactions in the energy sector. Prior to joining King & Spalding in February 2016, Zoë practiced with international law firms in Singapore, London and Aberdeen. She also has experience working in-house, having spent 9 months at Premier Oil Plc’s (now Harbour Energy) headquarters in London advising on matters involving Premier’s operated and non-operated oil and gas assets.
