Parveet Singh Gandoak is a member of our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in Singapore and regularly represents multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors and venture capital firms in a range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority and control investments, joint ventures, secondary transactions, exits, restructurings and capital markets offerings. He also advises clients on investments in Asia, as well as outbound transactions into the United States and Europe. Parveet was ranked as one of Asia’s Top 15 Rising Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (2021), a ranking of the most innovative and outstanding lawyers on the continent across all practice groups.
