Prior to joining Kim Law Advisors, Rayne Knudson was a corporate paralegal with Cooley Godward and Heller Ehrman/Venture Law Group. Rayne assists attorneys in all aspects of incorporations, venture capital financings, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of both public and private companies.
