Roshnek Dhalla is a Partner in the corporate and commercial practice group in the firm’s Mumbai office. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Roshnek was a partner at Little & Co. (Mumbai). Qualified as a Solicitor, from Mumbai university, Roshnek has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws. Her key focus relates to mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, exchange control, e-commerce and information technology. In addition to corporate and commercial legal practice, Roshnek regularly advises auction houses, art collectors, art organisations and several others on a range of legal issues concerning works of art and the niche art and antiquities markets in India and globally.
