Karun Cariappa Bio

Karun Cariappa is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group. Karun has multi-disciplinary practice, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. He has also advised corporate clients, investment banks, selling shareholders and sponsors on a wide range of capital markets transactions. Karun brings significant experience and relationships across both Hong Kong and Singapore, where he has been based for a number of years. Prior to joining the Firm, Karun was a partner and global co-head of the India practice at an international law firm.
