Kartikeya Prakash Bio

Kartikeya Prakash is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Mumbai office. He specialises in venture capital and new-age investments. Kartikeya has advised several clients on fund raises, private equity and venture capital investments, exits, corporate restructurings, strategic alliances/JVs and advisory on all aspects of Indian corporate and foreign investment laws. Kartikeya also seconded with Mishcon de Reya at their London office as a member of their corporate and commercial practice group.
