Anuj Shah Bio

Anuj Shah is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group at the firm’s Singapore office. He regularly represents corporations, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and sovereign wealth funds in a broad range of Indian M&A transactions and corporate matters. Anuj is also a 'trusted advisor' to several promoters and corporates. As part of a secondment program, Anuj has worked in the London and New York offices of a premier global law firm. Anuj has published numerous articles on diverse corporate law issues and is a regular speaker at various events focused on M&A and corporate matters. He is consistently ranked as a “recommended lawyer", and "notable practitioner" by leading publications such as Legal 500, RSG, and IFLR.
