Robert Matthews is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital fundraisings, joint ventures/shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings. He also has experience of listed company transactions, having acted on a number of IPOs and AIM placings. Robert acts for clients across a wide range of sectors and in recent years has developed a particular focus on working with clients in the food, real estate and technology sectors.
