Rachel’s expertise is in commercial litigation working primarily, but not exclusively, for owner managed businesses. She works mainly on contract disputes, including shareholder disputes and Commercial Agency claims. If legal proceedings are required Rachel works in the County and High Court including the Commercial Court, Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions. She is also an advocate of dispute resolution by other means, such as mediation.
