Oliver Goodwin is highly experienced in all aspects of planning, advising both the private and public sectors. He specialises in particular in major urban regeneration schemes. Recent successes include a challenge to a local authority’s Core Strategy to secure a major allocation on behalf of his client. Oliver has extensive experience of advising on complex environmental assessments and sustainability appraisals. He also advises on complex section 106 agreements, road closures and compulsory purchase.
