Alastair Barclay Bio

Alastair Barclay is a partner in our Falkirk Office specialising in Corporate and Business Law matters. Alastair joined the firm after five and half years leading the commercial legal team at Sainsbury’s Bank. Before joining Sainsbury’s Bank, Alastair worked in private practice with law firm DWF in their corporate and commercial team. Alastair’s expertise covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including all stages of the life cycle of businesses from start-up to exit. Born and bred in Falkirk, Alastair brings a strong local knowledge to the firm. Alastair has been praised by his clients for his ability to understand them and their businesses, and for delivering clear and pragmatic advice.
