Bryce’s experience includes negotiating leases for New Zealand wide retail roll out, residential and commercial property developments, documenting complex residential subdivisions, advising Crown entities on problematic property issues, documenting new and childcare property and business structures, converting office buildings into unit title subdivisions, the sale of interests in a casino, and resolving property issues for complex family/trust owners.
