Mr. Kennedy has spent his entire career providing legal guidance and creative solutions for banks, bank holding companies and their directors, officers and shareholders on corporate, regulatory, mergers and acquisition, capital raises and debt financing. His practice also includes tax credit finance utilizing New Markets and Historic tax credit programs on federal and multi-state levels. He has represented and structured numerous complex financings for non profit project sponsors including universities, churches and other nonprofit entities.
