Madelaine Thurston Bio

A corporate and real estate lawyer, Madelaine Thurston uses her financial acumen and project management skills to complete complex corporate restructurings, secured lending transactions and corporate and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales. Madelaine advises a number of leading financial institutions and borrowers on loan arrangements ranging in value from $1M to $20M+. Madelaine conducts searches and prepares all documentation including mortgages, guarantees and general security agreements, and any associated registrations. Her corporate practice includes preparing and executing detailed corporate reorganizations, including drafting resolutions, transferring shares and creating family trusts.
