Don has been representing businesses and companies from a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, construction and professional services for over 25 years. His areas of expertise include major financing, securitization, acquisitions and sales, mortgage financing, franchising, general commercial contracts and commercial real estate/ leasing. He is also frequently called upon to deliver lectures related to Estate and Succession Planning for various organizations and associations. Active in the legal and local communities, Don served as an instructor for the Business Law and Professional Responsibility sections of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course.
