A partner in the firm’s Business Law group, Andrew’s practice is focused on transactions in the technology and manufacturing sectors, banking and working with health professionals. His clients are united by a common drive to succeed, and they count on Andrew for timely and practical legal solutions that contribute to their on-going business and personal prosperity. After joining Kelly Santini from a global firm in 2015, Andrew quickly established himself as a leading business advisor to healthcare professionals in Ontario. His practice includes incorporating Medicine Professional Corporations, advising clinics on cost sharing arrangements, governance and acting on the purchase and sale of dental clinics and pharmacies. He also acts for several Academic Health Science Centres across the province of Ontario on the development and implementation of tax structures, governance and practice plan related documents for hospitals, departments and divisions that receive Alternate Funding Plan (AFP) funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Andrew also advises mature and early-stage companies in the technology sector on their daily commercial needs and their corporate transactions including financing, acquisitions, exits and securities-related mandates. In addition, he acts for banks and borrowers from a diverse range of sectors on lending transactions. Growing up working on a family farm, Andrew learned first-hand that business success is built on passion for your profession, strong relationships and a daily commitment to hard work.
