Regina Schlup Guignard Bio

Regina Schlup Guignard mainly advises individuals as well as companies in the areas of international tax planning, business succession, restructuring, M&A, reorganization, real estate gains tax law, social security law as well as corporate, commercial and contract law. She regularly represents clients in tax proceedings and criminal tax proceedings before tax authorities, in particular with respect to withholding taxes. In addition, she is an expert judge at the Tax Appeals Commission of the Canton of Berne and co-author of the practical commentary on the Berne Tax Act.
