Philippe Fresard Bio

Philippe Fresard was Managing Partner of the Bern office of Kellerhals Carrard for almost 10 years and is still a member of the management board. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Kellerhals Carrard Switzerland. He is an experienced notary public and native speaker of French, but is also able to advise his clients, both private individuals and companies, in German. He provides advice at a regional, inter-cantonal and international level, in the fields of real estate law, matrimonial and estate planning, corporate law (from incorporation to restructuring, including capital increases and decreases), and foundation law. Philippe Frésard is particularly active in the Franco-Swiss area, especially when it comes to assisting German-speaking Swiss clients in the acquisition, transfer, or sale of real estate in France. He also frequently practices in the fields of sports law (soccer) and energy law.
