Massimiliano Maestretti practice focuses on sports law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law and business law. Massimiliano Maestretti advises national and international sports teams, particularly in the fields of Formula 1, other types of automobile racing, sailing and soccer. He is also involved in M&A transactions both in Switzerland and abroad. He has been General Counsel of a major international company for several years and combines his legal and business education and experience to provide the best service possible to his clients.
