Marco Sibold is an attorney and certified tax expert. He has several years of experience in corporate and tax law. He advises companies and private individuals on national and international tax matters (including succession solutions, inheritance and gift tax and real estate tax). Thanks to his expertise in both corporate and tax law, he advises on planning and implementing structures for investments, acquisitions and restructuring. He advises start-ups (e.g. on issues relating to start-ups, convertible loans, financing rounds, employee shareholdings and exits) as well as SMEs, family offices, private equity funds and foundations (e.g. for tax due diligence, tax planning and mergers and acquisitions). He also advises on general contract law.
