Dominik Oberholzer has extensive experience in financial market, capital market and general commercial law as well as in combating money laundering. In these areas, he works in both advisory and forensic roles. The main focus of his practice is the law surrounding various financial market products, in particular collective investment schemes, but also supervisory law. He also serves as external legal consultant for a number of Swiss companies.
