Beat Brechbuhl is the managing partner of Kellerhals Carrard and head of the M&A/Corporate Team. He mainly advises on private and public mergers&aquisitions and on complex joint ventures and cooperations and has advised in over 170 transactions of all kinds. Thanks to his experience as a business angel, board member and lecturer in entrepreneurship at the University of Bern, he and his team are also sought-after sparring partners for SMEs, international corporations and entrepreneurs.
