As co-chair of the firm’s M+A team and leader of its Securities + Capital Markets practice, Paul maintains nearly four decades of experience as counsel to business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors on their most critical corporate transactions and business operations. One of the firm’s most senior transactional attorneys, he has led its participation in numerous strategic M+A transactions, including those with nine-figure deal values. Paul serves as a strategic business advisor and outside general counsel to organizations of all sizes, from startups and growth-stage companies to middle-market industry leaders and large public enterprises.
