Kacie Davis Bio

Kacie leads the firm’s Franchising + Distribution practice and serves as outside general counsel to franchisors in launching their concepts and ensuring ongoing franchise compliance throughout the life of the system. As a senior director in the firm's M+A team, she advises buyers and sellers on deal strategy throughout a diverse range of significant and complex transactions. Her clients range from small businesses with single-company stores or multiple franchised locations to national franchisors requiring compliance with state and federal regulations. Kacie also advises franchisor businesses in the development of intellectual property strategies geared toward the protection of those clients and the mitigation of potential disputes with franchisees.
