Jen Vessells Bio

Jen is a co-chair of Kegler Brown’s heralded deal team and serves as a strategic advisor to the firm’s ESOP clients, working primarily with middle-market companies and their ownership teams on capital raising, transition planning, and optimizing their ongoing operations. With more than 15 years of experience serving as outside general counsel to companies of all sizes, Jen brings to bear her knowledge of organizational strategy to craft SaaS and other commercial contract frameworks for some of the region’s largest corporate enterprises. She is a fierce advocate for women in the legal industry and leverages that passion as chair of the firm’s Women’s Collaborative initiative.
