Evan Kastner has over 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies, venture capital investors and private equity sponsors in the technology and consumer goods industries. Evan advises clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including venture and growth equity financings, sell and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions, entity formations, debt financings and corporate governance matters, and has assisted numerous public companies with public offering and SEC compliance and reporting obligations. He has advised emerging growth companies and venture funds on over 1,000 venture and growth equity financings and over 100 M&A transactions having billions of dollars in aggregate transaction value. Prior to co-founding Kastner Gravelle LLP, Evan was a corporate attorney in the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Colorado office of Cooley. Before attending law school, Evan was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised clients in the technology and manufacturing industries. Evan received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with Honors, Order of the Coif and a Dean’s Achievement Award. He received a B.S. in Management Science and Mathematics (Concentration in Operations Research) from Southern Methodist University, where he was a J. Lindsay Embrey Engineering Scholar.
