Walter advises partnerships and corporations on issues surrounding structuring and incorporation as well as in times of crisis or on liquidation. When advising his clients he draws on a deep understanding of business management based on many years’ experience and works closely with the auditor. He advises both companies and private individuals in corporate law disputes or in the event of company succession as well as in the establishment of foundations. A key practice area is the drafting of individual contracts in commercial law and related areas of business law, particularly where continuing obligations need to be established in changing market conditions. Where necessary, he also represents his clients in legal proceedings in the fields of commercial law and inheritance law.
