Dr Thomas Bunz Bio

Thomas advises companies and their shareholders on corporate law and capital markets law issues and on M&A transactions. His key practice areas include corporate law, advising company boards (management, executive boards, supervisory boards and advisory boards) and their members on their duties and on matters of personal liability, as well as advising companies on the enforcement of claims against board members. He also advises on corporate law disputes, representing parties out of court as well as before the courts. Thomas is the author of numerous publications on corporate law and capital markets law. He speaks German and English.
