Jonas advises companies and shareholders comprehensively on all issues of corporate law. Key practice areas include providing legal support to national and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital financings and joint venture projects. Another key practice area is corporate restructuring. Jonas also has in-depth expertise in out-of-court and in-court support in complex shareholder disputes and advises companies, management and supervisory bodies on all corporate governance issues, in particular with regard to existing duties and any matters of personal liability. He is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group and the Corporate Transactions (M&A) Competence Team.
