Dr Christine Janhsen Bio

Christine advises partnerships and corporations on all aspects of corporate law. She advises clients inter alia on the formation and restructuring of companies, on the purchase and sale of companies and shareholdings as well as on disputes between shareholders. Another key practice area is advising on compliance and corporate governance issues. Her clients include larger companies and groups as well as medium-sized companies. Christine advises inter alia on implementing compliance systems, carrying out compliance audits and on pursuing/averting liability claims. Christine is co-head of the Compliance competence team. She speaks German and English.
