Warren Sproule Bio

Warren Sproule has a broad corporate commercial practice with particular emphasis on commercial transactions, insurance and financial services regulation, commercial finance, and insolvency. For over 35 years he has been advising entrepreneurial and institutional clients conducting business in Saskatchewan. The diversity of his practice and experience allows him to draw on knowledge from a variety of practice areas in providing strategic and tactical advice to his clients. At this stage in his career, he often works on challenging files that involve integrating solutions to legal, business and other issues, but he continues to advise entrepreneurs through their start-up and expansion phases.
