Mya Osatiuk has a general corporate-commercial practice, with a particular focus on securities law, purchase and sale transactions, corporate governance, corporate financings, and regulatory compliance including compliance under CASL. She also supports our teams working in the areas of gaming, bankruptcy and insolvency. She assists a wide range of private sector clients, from start-up entrepreneurs to larger institutional organizations. These businesses vary from craft breweries, professional services, non-profit organizations and other industries. Mya is key part of a larger corporate commercial team and often works with our other partners on larger projects.
