Marisha Paquin Bio

Marisha Paquin carries on a general practice of law with a particular interest in family law-including specific fertility law issues, wills and estates, and agriculture law. Marisha comes from a farming family and her interest in agriculture has continued as she assists clients in farm succession planning and agriculture-related business relationships. Marisha regularly advises clients in estate planning and estate administration. Marisha’s wills and estate practice involves preparing wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, as well as completing probate and administration applications for clients. Marisha also practices in the area of fertility law and enjoys assisting individuals to expand their families. She regularly provides advice on gamete donation agreements and surrogacy agreements, and further assists intended parents with the registration of their baby’s birth in Saskatchewan and obtaining declarations of parentage.
