He was the Managing Director of a reputed Venture Capital advisory firm based in New York with predominant focus on technology and media. He has been advising and consulting firms working with US national laboratories and US and international companies on technology and commercialization, venture and consulting projects. He has also been a prominent litigation attorney in the US, litigating cases on International and Constitutional Law and Banking and Commercial law for foreign government clients. He has represented migrant farm workers on labour, civil rights, public benefits and housing finance cases in Federal and State Courts.
