Bio

Peter Herman is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, and advises clients on a broad array of corporate transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and start-ups. Mr. Herman has represented both public companies and underwriters in public offerings of debt and equity securities, including large initial public offerings and private placements. Mr. Herman also has extensive experience advising insurance and reinsurance companies, including having worked on some of the largest insurance company IPO’s.
