Mitchell Hollander is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities and General Business Practice Groups, and has represented and advised both private sector and public companies, many of which are listed on NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ. He includes among his clients private equity funds, financial institutions, business owners and managers and not-for-profit entities, working with them in connection with a variety of business transactions, financings and general corporate matters.
