Jeffrey Tullman Bio

Jeffrey S. Tullman is of counsel and consultant to this Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Mr. Tullman has focused his more than 45 years of practice on corporate, securities and commercial law with advising public and private clients on complex corporate transactions; domestic and internation mergers, public and private stock and asset acquisitions; disposition and corporate reorganizations and secured financings; debt and equity securities. He regularly advises Boards of Directors, Special Committees and shareholders in takeovers, tender offers and proxy contests, as well as issues of corporate governance, cybersecurity and risk assessment.
