Gary Constable is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities and General Business Practice Groups and represents individuals and early stage, emerging and mature private and public companies in corporate, transactional, securities and general business matters. Mr. Constable has extensive experience involving the structuring and negotiation of domestic and international corporate, securities and financing transactions. Mr. Constable has closed dozens of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and investments relating to public and private companies and has advised on and closed numerous capital market, private equity, venture capital, syndicated loan, commercial bank and structured finance transactions.
