Cezary Nowakowski is a senior partner of the law firm Nowakowski i Wspólnicy. He is one of the leading specialists in the field of Polish transport and logistics law, especially rail freight. In addition, he advises on the strategy of contracts between enterprises (e.g. joint-venture), competition law and antitrust law. He works as an advisor in transactions of acquisition of shares in Polish companies by foreign entities, establishing companies by foreign entities and real estate acquisitions. He is a coordinator of the restructuring processes of large holding groups, both public and private companies. He was a co-negotiator of privatization transactions. He has extensive experience in matters relating to labor law, the issues of collective redundancies, collective disputes and cooperation with trade unions. Cezary Nowakowski is a legal attorney in cases before common courts, as well as the author and negotiator of license agreements in the field of intellectual property law, including, in particular, industrial property law. He is an advisor to creditors and debtors in composition and bankruptcy proceedings. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (1989) and an attorney since 1994. He belongs to the District Bar Council in Płock. He also speaks German, Russian and English.
