Joshua Berick is a partner in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Josh advises investment funds, strategic investors, and emerging growth companies on M&A transactions, growth equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures, including in the health care, life sciences, energy, infrastructure, and technology industries. He has extensive international experience, having led complex cross-border transactions in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
