Over the past two decades, Wu Xiaoji has represented numerous clients, ranging from large multinationals to mid-size Chinese companies, in various business transactions and dispute resolution cases. All of which have covered a number of business sectors. Following law school in 1983, Mr. Wu worked at the Legal Department of China Foreign Trade Consulting Company of the Ministry of Trade and Economic Cooperation, where he advised Chinese and foreign companies and government agencies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Wu played a key role in the establishment of the Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Office in 1985. During that time, Mr. Wu focused on his practice in foreign investment commercial litigation. From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Wu was a visiting scholar at the Law School of Arizona State University. His research in the United States concentrated on investment law, trade law, commercial law, and corporate law. Mr. Wu is one of the founding partners of JunHe, and has worked with the firm since its establishment in 1989. Mr. Wu practices in the areas of real estate, foreign investment, and the reorganization of state-owned enterprises.
