Wang Yahui Bio

Wang Yahui joined JunHe in 2008 and specializes in private equity fund raising and formation, private equity financing, capital markets, market-oriented debt-to-equity swaps and other related business. Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Wang worked at Beijing Dowway & Partners and Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm where he specialized in domestic and overseas listings, syndicated loans and the restructuring of state-owned enterprises. He has also participated in several listing projects by domestic and overseas enterprises and restructuring projects by state-owned enterprises.
