Wang Wei Bio

Wang Wei joined JunHe in 2015. Previously she was a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons and has specialized in reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation and other related areas since 2005. During her 10 years of experience dealing with bankruptcy and reorganization at King & Wood, Ms. Wang was in charge of a number of cases of bankruptcy reorganization, debt restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, winding-up liquidation, corporate restructuring and derivative suits. This included the reorganization of listed companies, bankruptcy liquidation of securities companies, the merger and reorganization of dozens of affiliated companies, winding-up liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization as well as derivative suits of large Sino-Foreign equity joint ventures.
