Wang Jiangang started his legal career in 1999 he has represented clients in a broad range of industries including infrastructure, energy, real estate, manufacturing, media and the internet, and he has developed an extensive practice with numerous Fortune 500 corporations and the top players in relevant industries. He has advised clients on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters with respect to due diligence, project structuring, financing and other general corporate issues. Mr. Wang has also represented clients in their overseas investment projects. Mr. Wang has been actively involved in the antitrust area. He has represented multinational corporations in PRC merger-control notifications, and has also provided clients with counseling and training on antitrust compliance. In addition to commercial clients, Mr. Wang has worked with government agencies in various Chinese cities including Beijing, Qingdao, Jinan and Lanzhou. He has been acting as lead lawyer for the team serving the Beijing Transportation Commission, the Beijing Water Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Commission of City Administration and Environment. Before Joining JunHe, Mr. Wang worked as a partner at Junyi Law Offices and in 2011 he worked at Fenwick & West LLP in California as a visiting lawyer. Mr. Wang has been recognized by the Asia Law & Practice journal as a leading practitioner in China in the field of Project Finance and Real Estate in 2015 and 2016.
